Tutoring

At Exceptional Abilities, tutoring is more than homework help. It is structured, individualized support designed to build lasting academic skills, executive functioning, and self-confidence. We work with neurodiverse learners, students with ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, executive functioning challenges, and those who benefit from a more personalized approach. Every session is tailored to how the student learns best.

All of our tutors are certified teachers who bring professional classroom experience and formal training in education. In addition, they are specifically trained in working with students who have diverse learning needs, including ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, and executive functioning challenges.

This combination of teaching expertise and specialized training allows us to:

  • Adapt instruction effectively
  • Differentiate learning strategies
  • Recognize underlying skill gaps
  • Provide structured, evidence-informed support
  • Foster both academic growth and emotional safety

Families can feel confident knowing their child is supported by experienced professionals who understand both curriculum expectations and diverse learning profiles.

At Exceptional Abilities, tutoring is not about catching up. It is about moving forward with confidence.
