Success Story: Summer School at Cambridge

This summer I traveled 7000 km to participate in a Summer School based out of Cambridge. Oxford Royale offers multiple programs, however I chose Medicine as I hope to pursue that field. During my time there, I learned many things, from how to diagnose a patient to interview skills for university applications. This was an amazing educational opportunity as well as a time to make international connections. The small cohorts allowed students to connect with each other and learn about one another's cultures. This experience gave me so much more than I was expecting. Not only did we have our daily lessons but we also toured the city of Cambridge, had an excursion to London and a variety of other amazing activities. It was inspiring to learn in an institution that was founded in 1326. I am grateful to now have like-minded friends in every time zone and would recommend this experience to any high school student!
